Exceptional character was brought to this apartment, which was created in a listed warehouse with high ceilings. All the furniture was crafted piece by piece like a puzzle using templates, measured only once to their actual dimensions, and assembled on site. Every detail was implemented with precision, from the entrance with skylight, breakfast bar, laundry room, guest room and lobby, to the kitchen with lava stone cooktop. This was achieved through close collaboration with all partners across continents.

Urban retreat with skyline panorama

This New York apartment combines urban chic with a sophisticated design. Every detail has been meticulously planned, from the cosy living room with views of One World Trade Center and the rooftop terrace, to the custom-made sheep's wool tapestry which optimises room acoustics. Hidden features, such as a bar and a refrigerator, are revealed by mechanical sliding and folding elements, making the space both multifunctional and stylish.
