At Hoher Markt in the heart of Vienna, the exclusive luxury rooftop conversion in Palais Principe was created. A former office building transformed into an elegant residential building. Through the new spatial layout and the consistently generous renovation, old walls were removed and light-flooded, modern living areas created. The penthouse impresses with clear architecture, spectacular views over the city, and a harmonious connection of timeless elegance and urban living.
