In this historic apartment, period charm meets modern spatial design. Three bedrooms integrate seamlessly into the overall composition. The open foyer with Art Deco elements feels inviting; doors that disappear when opened let light flow generously inside. Newly built walls structure the space. A room divider with seating niche, metal inlays, and lacquered fronts creates elegance. The bedrooms surprise with glass bathroom boxes – transparency meets living comfort.

Hidden Refinement: An Apartment Full of Surprises

A fusion of Art Deco stucco, brass details, and white marble with historic substance, carefully reinterpreted. Period-appropriate parquet, acoustically effective fabrics, and a flexible tea kitchen blend with ancillary spaces – lavatory, bar, or storage – concealed behind cabinet doors. A living space that preserves history and subtly integrates modern refinement.

Gathering at the Table

The dining table with softly shaped chairs forms a calm centerpiece and invites long, relaxed evenings.

Disappearing Function

The tea kitchen with brass-toned fronts and marble fold-down top appears as a precisely positioned functional piece when open and can disappear completely into the room via the fold-down panel.
